I love coffee. I drink around 12 cups/mugs a week. I only drink lattes. I can't stand instant coffee, the smell of it will make me gag. I make at least 7 coffees at home. I use my own mugs mostly and get a discount and use my blue light card.
Both of these are from Starbucks and whilst they cost around £20 each, they keep the coffee warm for around 3-4 hours and don't leak, even when upside down.
My favourite is a Starbucks.
My most picturesque view was my local Costa Coffee in Dubai.
My local now is Caffè Nero in Malvern.
I make coffee at home.
I drink it at home in the garden.
In the car on my way to work.
I make coffee in the van.
Whilst out and about.
But my favourite place to drink it is in the coffee shop, with my laptop or a book or best of all with a friend for a natter and a catch up.

I probably drink about 3 coffees a week at this time of year, in the summer I have an iced coffee most days. The view in Dubai looks idyllic. I do like a coffee from a coffee shop, it feels like such a treat.
ReplyDeleteI love being able to make a proper coffee at home also. I miss my coffee shop views
DeleteI did not drink coffee until I was in my mid 50's - I was always driving our youngest to Starbuck's and decided to give it a try. Now I need at least one cup each day! It is a lovely way to start one's day! Happy December, Suzanne!
ReplyDeleteI was a late comer to coffee also
DeleteI love coffee as well. Last year for my birthday Cameron bought me a coffee machine so we can make cappacinos at home and its now a whole thing with David and I - we drink most of our coffee at home. I meet a friend for coffee once a week at Vida but Plato is definitely my favorite.
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely to have the link with Cameron with the coffee. My favourite SA coffee was KFC
DeleteI'm more of a tea drinker! My daughter loves coffee and I bought her a nice coffee machine for her birthday earlier this year, she has to grind the beans herself and loves choosing different flavours. I honestly think it's the best present I ever bought her as an adult, the only problem is the space it takes up on my worktop!
ReplyDeleteYes the machines do take up a lot of space
DeleteI absolutely love coffee, I had to give it up for a while last year and missed it so much. De-caff just wasn't cutting it. I can drink it again now but usually limit myself to two cups a day.
ReplyDeleteI love your resueable cups, they work out at good value when you think how many times you will use them over the years.
The reusable cups keep the coffee so warm, I don't like to rush my coffee
DeleteDrinking coffee with a friend is definitely the best way to enjoy it. I'm more of a tea drinker than a coffee drinker though. Those travel mugs look great - I have a similar one that keeps drinks warm for hours too. I usually only tend to use mine for coffee as well as tea is less good when it's not freshly made. #WotW
ReplyDeleteTea doesn't taste right to me unless it's drunk in a china mug
