Saturday Slept till 7.30am but I'd got up twice in the night to go to the toilet. Off to parkrun for 9am and couldn't run it was too painful, so I walked it. Friend where I'd stayed was Run Director so we stayed on for tea and chat. Van was already packed so after getting back I went straight into town for coffee and then headed home to unpack and set up for halloween. We had an influx of kids between 4.30pm and 6pm when I ran out of 100+ cup cakes I'd baked, plus biscuits and sweets. I had to take the decorations down and to stop the door being knocked and exchanged jokes with the kids as I'd run out of treats. I had a bath and was in bed by 8pm as my migraine medication had worn off.
Sunday I stayed in bed till 10am to give the migraine meds the best chance of working. We took the rest of the halloween decorations down and then Peter and I went into Worcester for a coffee then it was home to have a bath and just chill out for the rest of the day. I was incredibly hungry all day, even accepting an egg sandwich as the only gluten free option when we were out. We watched the football after an early dinner and I was in bed by 8pm.
Monday I woke at 3.30am and was really restless, so got up and sat downstairs reading and was bothered by the cat. An inset day and still not feeling well. Decided not to take the offer from the jewellers to sell some rings, don't need the money so collected them when I went to post grandsons birthday parcel in town. Accepted an offer from another jewellers for some scrap gold at a far higher price than I'd expected. I then tidied away the halloween stuff, got ready for work in the morning and did everything else I'd planned over half term and not got round to doing. Peter lost his car keys. I ended up back at the Doctors on a different antibiotic.
Tuesday Back to work and home mid morning for a blood test, then back into work, then home again, changed and straight out to Birmingham to the football. I was quite apprehensive about returning to my seat after an incident a couple of weeks ago in case I was recognised but there was no need to worry. We won 3-0 with a goal in the first minute. The journey home was a long one with all trains delayed and several cancelled and I got home at 1am.
Wednesday Struggle to get up, but I got through the day, covering year 10 and 11 maths, it went reasonably well. Peter called to meet me in town for a coffee. Home and I'd been looking forward to some Gluten Free croissants which turned out to be awful so they were binned. I had a long soak in the bath, read some of my book and was in bed by 10pm after watching several football matches flicking between the channels.
Thursday Off to work and arrived just in time with road works and tractors on the road. Quite an eventful day and an ever changing role. Can't blog about half of it. Late leaving work and straight to the jewellers to pick up some cash for scrap gold I've sold and rather pleased with, then to the coffee shop to video call grandson on his birthday and make a few appointments and plans for the weekend and meet a friend. Home, dinner, tv, finished my book, bath and bed.
Friday Only 4 days this week in work but it's been a long one. Made a request for some time off for some online training. Straight home and a chilled late afternoon and evening in front of the TV doing some crafts, reading, sorting my diary out and eating junk food. We have new neighbours and still had the house keys, so I dropped them round and said hi.
Top left and clockwise:
Halloween, egg sandwich, parcel for grandson, football, colour pop, video call with the grandchildren, vinted.

It sounds like a great Halloween apart from the migraine! I am glad all went well at the football. Good job with selling the gold!
