There was no football in the week, but there is football this weekend, just not at St Andrew's, so no Birmingham City and no, I'm not travelling to watch them play at Pride Park against Derby. I'll tell you next week where I went.
I did a 10k in the week and a 3k, no where near the distances I should be doing for a marathon in 3 weeks times, but the running is getting easier and I'm running longer and faster and having no after effects and more importantly, I'm enjoying it.
I've also got some beautiful countryside in which to run now the evenings are lighter and it's finally stopped raining long enough for the ground to dry up enough to run on.
