I finally caught up with my promise ...

I don't know where the time goes some weeks. do you? Here I am Friday morning, writing this before work, with the cat begging for food, my work alarm going off and the kettle has boiled twice and other weeks everything is scheduled on Sunday night just waiting for photos to be popped in.
Anyway, I baked cake this week, gluten free and all for me and it's going down well.

I honestly find it quite amazing how much you manage to do in the morning! :) I’m barely capable of anything besides drinking my coffee, looking like a zombie and somehow getting dressed. By the time I make it to the office, I’m still half asleep - basically the walking dead, haha. And that bread looks absolutely wonderful! I swear I can almost smell it through the photo. :)
