We've been looking at buying another property, a do-er upper. On a second visit with our friend who is a builder, we decided we didn't want to sink all our capitol in it, whilst renting, meaning two moves and disruption to our lives and being tied to a property. We've spent the last 10 years on the move and not settling so decision made and we'll be in full swing with our current home with a new kitchen (fitted early November) and will be starting work on an extension and new out buildings.
