It’s been a busy week I flew over to Belfast for Son and DIL's baby shower, staying the night with the out laws or to give them their proper title 'parent in laws' for the baby shower. Baby due in just a week or two, so will back her again shortly.
We drove down to Plymouth on Wednesday and making our way back home today. We went to visit our South African frined who now lives in Germany. Last seen in person in 2019 in Dubai. It's been 3 years since I visited Germany and saw his husband also.
Tomorrow I'm off on a rearranged Birthday present from Peter from last year, a Spa break with my Friday night chip and wine friend. I've seen her weekly since the pandemic started, rules and regulations permitted from door step visits, to garden ones and now going away for a night.
