24th - 26th January 2025 Post Comment Love

Welcome back to #PoCoLo with Stephanie from Bosworth.Life and I.

Post Comment Love #PoCoLo is a friendly weekly linky where you can link up any blog post you've written this week. If you're new or a regular visitor we're sure you'll find something of interest.

Well we're nearly at the end of January. This month has taken forever to get through. I'm sure the rest of the year will just fly by. Child 4 has turned 30 this week. I'm really starting to feel old.

I'm at the stage in life now where people no longer say 'you don't look old enough to have a 30 year old' and 'you don't look old enough to have 5 children'

The weather has been odd this week. I've gone out in a coat in the mornings and by the afternoon I've been carrying it back to the car. The heating in school has been on and I'm grateful for a new radiator in my classroom with a thermostat, as it's a small room and it gets hot enough as it is, when the sun shines through the windows.

I'm off to South Wales tonight to visit a friend, then a day with our Granddaughter on Saturday, we'll be welcoming a new grandchild in the next week or two.

I really should be doing something with the garden, at least sowing some seeds. I've got the seeds, the potting compost, the trays and a green house. I'm just lacking the motivation. Our school run The Kings Trust and they sell a lot of the seeds they grow to raise funds for various projects so I'll place a back up order with them, extra plants are always welcomed in our garden.

We'd also appreciate your help spreading the #PoCoLo word on Twitter, tag us and we'll RT. You can find us on twitter here: Stephanie - @BosworthLife and Suzanne - @ChickenRuby

I'll be catching up with reading your posts, sharing and commenting over the next few days.

  2. I feel like January is dragging on too. It's been below 0°at the beginning of the week here with -15° on one day earlier in the week. I stayed in with my dog for a few days. It's 32°F today and it seems weird. Thanks so much for hosting and warm hospitality. I'm sitting at #6 this week.
