Well I hit a hurdle and wasn't sure how I could join in as it's winter down here in the South Hemisphere.
However I was in the UK in June

Uncanny contrast! Would rather be having winter in SA than summer in UK that's for sure!
ReplyDeleteWe have yet to have the cold snap, last year it was minus 5 at night and without heating and insulated houses, its bloody cold and uncomfortable.

DeleteFunny eh! I've entered with my reflections on the great British summer too. Especially the fact that I've organised a trip somewhere hot and now they say summer has arrived (this week) whilst we're away. Meh!
